The LS series screw conveyor adopts the Chinese equivalent standard of ISO 1050-75. The hanger bearing comes with outside mounted grease cup, facilitating the replenishing of grease. The material inlet and outlet can be flexibly installed, while an electric outlet is optional for automatic control. Besides, a speed monitoring and alarming device can be added if you want.

Adjustable Height
As adding a self-developed lifting gear on the conveyor, the height of conveyor can be adjusted easily. The angle of inclination can be 60 degree at most. Therefore, this kind of screw conveyor can adapt to different working requirements at the same time, which can save much cost of user.
Flexible design of inlet and outlet
The position of inlet and outlet on the conveyor can be set flexibly. A hopper can be added on the inlet, and the outlet can be electric so as to control it automatically. These devices allow user to control the feeding rate freely.
Stepless speed regulation
There are two kinds of reducers can be added on the conveyor. One is constant speed and the other is steepless speed. Consequently, customer could choose one based on requirement.
Easy mobility
Four wheels can be added on the basement of the conveyor, which makes the conveyor move easily. The mobility saves much time and labor.
Wide range of temperature
The working temperature of the conveyor can be from -20℃ to 50℃, and the temperature of materials conveyed can be from -20℃ to 200℃. As a result, the conveyor can be used on different kinds of working sites.

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.
When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.
Besides the skillful workers, our company also have 4 complete Component production line. Every component is processed with high quality standard.
When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.
Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.
For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that are up to the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.
