YUZL series vertical vibration motor is a new type vertical vibration motor,and it replaces the old vibration mode. YUZL series vertical vibration motor uses advanced single-flange structural, sophisticated design, reliable and safety operation. It owns high durability. Single-flange vibration motor has two forms, they are upper flange and medium flange. There are some differences in the application, the upper flange has big knockout press, it is also used in the filter vibration screening, in other words it is a vibration motor for screening liquids. The medium flange has a big exciting force and often is used for screening the powdered materials. The single flange makes convenient maintenance and installation of vertical vibration motor, and it can mitigate the weight of machine, reduce the overall size, simplified the structure of the host, reduce the cost, that can make the machine handles a large amount of materials. The exciting force can be adjusted easily in a certain range, meet the needs of various operations.

High purity copper wire is used for better performance of the motor compared with the Normal Aluminium coil.

Lower heat
The rotor and stator are made of excellent silicon steel sheet. The heat dissipation is limited, which enables the 24-hour continuous working available.

Durable bearing
Durable ZWZ bearing or HRB bearing gurantee the stable motor operation and longer service time. Import NSK bearing or SKF bearing could be customized and mounted too according to clients requirements.

Higher adaptation.
YZUL series vibrating motor could be used in extreme temperate from low temperature -40℃ to high temperature 40℃. The fine powder environment could be used too due to its perfect sealing structure.

Customizing service support.
A.The vibrating motor specifications could be customized. Different Voltage condition 120V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 450V. 2 pole 3000rpm, 4 pole 1500rpm, 6 pole 1000rpm. Single phase or 3 phase 50HZ or 60HZ are all available according to clients special requirements. B: The vibrating motor size could be customized too according to clients’ requirements.

1.Raw Material inspection

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.

2.Processing Technic

When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.

3.Component Production

Besides the skillful workers, our company also have 4 complete Component production line. Every component is processed with high quality standard.

4.Product assembly

When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.

5.Finished products test.

Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.

6.Packing and shipping

For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that are up to the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.
