We are a designer and manufacturer of fine screening machine, founded in Xinxiang city China in 2006. Our mission is to provide the exceeding expectation products and services to each customer. Currently, you can find our first level agencies in Korea.

We were founded in 2006 and have 3000m² factory and over 30 employees, including technical department, Q&C departmetn, production department, purchase and sales department, etc. Our main products are rotary vibrating screen, linear vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibrating screen, straight-flo separator, test sieve shaker, etc. We can also produce, design and customize non-standard fine screening machine based on customer's requirements.

The Brief History of Company

In the 1970s

Naipin Zhan, the founder of “YONGQING MACHINE®”, as a technical engineer, worked in the Xinxiang State-run Grain Machinery Factory, and engaged in the design of flour machinery, grain machinery, wheat and other food processing technology.
In the 1980s

with the development of flour processing technology and the continuous improvement of flour quality requirements, in 1986, Naipin Zhan and his technical teams successively designed and produced the simple wheat impurities-removing screening machine and flour fine screening machine. It sold very well at the local with great feedback.
In the 1990s

company CEO Yongjian Zhan, affected by his father; choose the mechanical design major in Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology. After finishing master's degree, he also entered into the same factory. After long-time studying and researching, and absorbing some foreign advanced technology, He and his team gradually developed and improved the screening machine structure.
At 1995

Yongjian Zhan and his engineer teams successfully designed the new vibrating screening machine with vibration motor as vibration source.
In 2000

the engineer team designed successfully to improve the sieve tension structure for the rotary and linear fine screening machinery, and got a patent -“a kind of sieve frame of fine screening machine” in 2001
In 2006

NaiPin Zhan and his engineer team established XINXIANG YONGQING SCREEN MACHINE CO., LTD. With reliable quality, innovative technology, reasonable price and timely pre-sale and after-sale service, the fine screening machine were marketed well in domestic. And our company also got more and more customer recognition.
In 2007

some trading companies started to purchase our vibrating screen machine and then sold abroad. In 2008, more and more exporting orders came to us.
In 2010

in order to provide our products and services directly to foreign customers, Company CEO, Yongjian Zhan resolutely determined to set up the export department and started exporting business.
In 2011

we registered ourselves brand-"YONGQING MACHINE®".
In 2012

our company has passed the ISO9001:2008 Quality Certificate System.
In 2014

our products also get approval of CE and SGS certifications.
2016

so far, our market has covered more than 100 countries and regions.

Quality Control

We have established an efficient product quality control system in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Control System standard. Each process comes with a detailed quality record, and only the qualified products will be subjected to further processing. Thus we can guarantee that all the vibrating screening machine, vibrator motor, and conveying machine are up to client’s requirements.

01、Raw Material Inspection

Each batch of raw material will be tested by our quality inspection staff. The qualified material will be stored in our warehouse, while the unqualified material will be returned to the supplier. Accordingly, we will lower this supplier’s credit rating.

02、Processing Technic

When the production department receives a production plan, the workers will get corresponding materials from the warehouse. After the tests and initial processing, our skillful workers with years of working experience, can process highly precision plates, and the waste material is quite limited.

03、Component Production

Besides the skillful workers, our company also has 4 complete Component production lines. Every component is processed with high quality standard.

04、Product Assembly

When all the components are processed and tested, the assembling procedure will start. The whole assembling procedure is conducted according to the requirements specified in the productions plan.

05、Finished Products Test

Before being packed and delivered to the clients, the finished products will be tested. During the tests, large vibrating screening machines will run continuously for 8 hours, and the small ones will run for 4 hours. The quality is judged by related parameters, sound, and vibration performance during the running.

06、Packing and shipping

For the package, we use fumigation-free plywood case that meets the international standards. Comparing with natural wood, this kind of plywood is thicker, stronger, and more durable. Outside the cases, we use 0.5mm thick steel belt to further strengthen the package so that the products can reach our client safely.
